Our event-focused offering highlights conviviality, originality, and the highest quality ingredients.

We all love the idea of inviting friends to celebrate an event over a delicious meal. However, this often involves long hours of planning and cooking, only to find ourselves facing a pile of dishes once the night is over—realizing we didn't truly get to enjoy our guests' company.

This is exactly why De Belsch Catering was born: to let you host and fully focus on your guests without a single worry. Laurent-Nicolas and Anne-Catherine Marin’s vision is simple: to find joy in giving joy through an open, mobile kitchen that fosters interaction and conviviality with every guest.

A perfect blend of 'traditional catering' and 'food truck' dining

Our service operates in two ways: guests can come to the truck for what they desire or enjoy a served cocktail reception. From appetizer to dessert, savory to sweet, our Gourmet Truck offers a generous variety of bites throughout the evening, allowing guests to mingle freely and converse with ease.

The atmosphere and conviviality reflect the Gourmet Truck’s true identity: family-oriented and relaxed, yet consistently professional. This is brought to life by a complementary brother-sister duo—one in the kitchen, the other managing the service. Our company name and logo are a subtle nod to our Belgian roots, which can be found in both our culinary specialties and the generous, festive nature of our meals.

Through their menus, Laurent-Nicolas and Anne-Catherine Marin aim to modernize Belgian terroir classics, including artisanal croquettes, gourmet 'croque-monsieurs,' and Liège waffles. Their goal is to offer an original culinary experience that stands apart from traditional food trucks and caterers.

The Gourmet Truck menu offers a variety of over 10 croquettes and 'croque-monsieurs.' From the classic grey shrimp croquette to more original creations like chorizo & bell pepper or chicken with tarragon mustard, there is something for every palate. Our selection evolves with the seasons; notably, for the holiday period, our chef will offer a special menu—a unique way to celebrate the season with colleagues or family.

Whether your event takes place in summer or winter, indoors or outdoors, De Belsch takes care of everything! No long queues—a major asset for companies with a tight schedule.

If hosting at home is not an option, Luxembourg offers many alternatives, such as renting community halls. From North to South, by a lake or in the heart of nature, the Grand Duchy is full of unique locations where you can host an event with the De Belsch food truck. Our unit is fully autonomous, allowing for private bookings ranging from 30 to 200 guests.
